FEES
The registration fee for all teams participating is 3500 SEK per team that buys a cup card. For other teams the registration fee is 4500 SEK per team.
The registration fee is paid upon registration. Registration is not binding until the fee has been received. If you are not awarded a spot in the tournament , we will ofcourse refund the registration fee. If you withdraw from the cup, the registration fee is not refunded. If you withdraw your team two weeks before the start of the cup, you will be charged 5000 SEK.

CUP CARDS
Cup card (School) costs 1400 SEK per person and includes:
- Accommodation for 2 nights on a hard surface in a classroom
- Friday - dinner
- Saturday - breakfast, lunch, dinner
- Sunday - breakfast, lunch
Cup card (Hotel)
2 nights in Quad room with breakfast + 4 meals (Friday; dinner, Saturday; lunch, dinner, Sunday; lunch) at Malmö Idrottsgrundskola.

REGISTRATION
The registration and registration fee must be at our disposal by May 31st.
In case of cancellation after May 31st , the registration fee is NOT refunded.
Payment of cup cards must be at our disposal by Aug 1st at the latest .
Failure to pay according to the above date results in the automatic cancellation of your spot in the tournament as well as cup cards.
INSURANCE
It is up to each team to ensure that you have relevant insurance, as Malbas, which is the organizer of Malbas Invitational, has no collective insurance that covers injuries, illnesses, thefts or vandalism. Malbas is also not liable for reimbursement for financial loss or damage that may occur due to government action, strike, lockout, blockade or war, war-like events, civil war, revolution, rebellion or similar event.
